Create and Send a Request

Create an account with Earnnest using your name, email, and phone number. After registration, search for Keller Williams Greater Downtown or Keller Williams Greater Dalton (KW Summit and KW Ridge to River will use Downtown) when requesting earnest money and select us as your escrow holder.

Choosing the Correct Escrow Account Matters

We have built a step-by-step walk through on how to make sure you select the correct escrow account for your earnest money deposit.  

There are four options to choose from:

-Trusted Team Keller Williams (GA Contracts)

-CT Capital Keller Williams (GA Contracts)

-Keller Williams Greater Dalton (GA Contracts)

-Keller Williams Greater Downtown (Covers downtown, Summit, & Ridge to River, as well as agents from Trusted Team, CT Capital, and Dalton that are licensed in TN and submitting EM for a TN property.)
